  I like the location. Giant and Members Bank all under one roof!

  Members First (at new Lititz Pike branch in Giant) 1. I was able to open an account despite not having an organization affiliation. 2. Member Service Representative I worked with to open an account was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about banking. 3. They give me 5 cents every time I use my account card as credit rather then debit. 4. Members first online banking site has bill pay, and is streamlined and easy to use, compared to Wells Fargo. 5. No hidden fees. 6. They offer a mortgage transfer with no refinance fees!!! There are several other things i love about this credit union especially compared to Wells Fargo but i wanted to keep this short.

  This is more about the online Member's 1st than a branch, but I am really disappointed in the online services. If you like to do things online and transfer money from external accounts to pay off loans, I had a very difficult time getting an answer to why I cannot do it. All they said was they couldn't "verify" my identity so I would have to wait a year to do anything online. It seems very behind to me technologically, which is disappointing.
