  I am so happy that I only had to go to this branch one time for work. While standing in line for 15 min. I saw a total of 5 employees. However only 1 was working in the front. He was clearly new because he had another person training with him. Understandable that she wouldn't leave his side. HOWEVER. There was one manager just sitting in her cubicle to the right. She had no issue getting up and rolling her eyes at the teller in training due to the line line that was forming. However proceeded to go back and sit in her office. Then suddenly another teller appears." Thank the lord" I thought. NOPE sorry she walked out the door for her break but not before saying goodbye to the manager on the way out. By this time 2 people in front of my had walked out of line Un-serviced. Now at this point the manger walked to the back and retrieved another employee. This time she came through the line and apologized for the wait as did the manager however instead of jumping in a teller station she sat down in the office next to the manager station. Now as a manager of a Heath service clinic I can honestly say it is not in my "job description" to check out or service patients. However when I see my team struggling and patients waiting I will jump in as needed. I feel sorry for any employee working under this "management" I will NEVER return to that branch nor personally bank with BB&t. This is the second pain in my a*$ experience I've had with them. Thank god our company is switching to Wells Fargo. By the way I was eventually taken care of by the same employee who left for her break and later returned. Just so you have an idea exactly how long I was waiting.
