- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In Lancaster to visit my parents and need to ship items home from our trip, one of which was a landscape size photo which I SPECIFICALLY asked to be rolled and put in a tube since they were packaging the rest of the items, photo came rolled up, unprotected and squished into a triangle...it's ruined and I don't know if I can get another one.
