- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ordered a custom engagement ring. The design team did a fabulous job on designing it through CAD and then following through to the finished product. Very friendly service that does not push sales tactics and ideas down your throat. Did I get the best value for my money? Possibly yes or possibly not. What matters is the perceived value and I believe I was treated well and am very satisfied with the final product. Excellent customer service and product. Custom ring was described to the employees and the CAD drawings finished a little over a week later. After ordering the custom ring, it was ready for pick up just one week after the order date. I requested quotes from other jewelers who took 2-3 weeks just to create a CAD drawing that was lackluster in comparison to Ream Jewelers. The attention to detail and quality is insurmountable.
